Unlike other military hiring conferences, the MBA Veterans Alumni & EMBA Conference requires every candidate to have at least one year of private sector work experience. If you are interested in building your talent pipeline with investment bankers, consultants, brand managers, product managers, operations managers, supply chain leaders, etc….who also happen to be veterans and alumni of the Top-50 ranked MBA programs, then you should consider attending this event.
We know that working on Saturday is less than ideal for recruiters, but there is a reason why we’re hosting it on Saturday. That’s because we want want this event to attract two types of candidates – those who are actively seeking new employment as well as persons who are passively interested in exploring new roles. In order to achieve this, we are hosting the event on a Saturday so that the candidates do not have to take off a day of work to attend.
No, the only expense you will incur is a very, very reasonable one-time conference sponsorship or expo fee.
While there will be some overlap, approximately 40% of the members of our alumni network did not attend an MBA Veterans Career Conference so they’re ‘fresh’ leads for your firm.
We require a minimum of 1 years of post-MBA work experience, but expect that a majority of the candidates will have 2-10 years of post-MBA experience.
We encourage you to take a look at the candidate demographic details, but we find that a majority of our Alumni work in banking, corporate finance, consulting, operations, and marketing/brand management roles and would expect that a majority of the attendees would have functional expertise in these areas.
